About Our Long-term Nannies:
Long-term nannies are looking for positions that are 1+ year (or more), typically 30-40+ hours per week.
Collaborate with parents to create a seamless, team-oriented approach to parenting.
Provide consistent care for your child/children, fostering trust and forging strong bonds that will last a lifetime.
Assist with all child-related duties such as children’s laundry/linens, unloading the dishwasher, preparing the children’s meals and keeping common areas clean and organized.
Engage your children with developmental milestones and age-appropriate learning activities.
Hire a Short-term Nanny
Not every family needs long-term nanny for a year or more, or even full-time care, but every family deserves an experienced, caring nanny. Our short-term nannies provide consistent care for flexible contract periods, from 2 to 6+ months at a time.
They can provide part-time care a few days a week while you adjust to life with a newborn. Or, they can provide full-time support during transitional periods, for example: families who are on a waitlist for daycare or on summer break from school.

About Our Short-term Nannies:
Provide consistent, reliable care tailored to your family’s schedule, from 15-40 hours per week. They are available for for 2 to 6 months contracts.
Assist with daily routines, including meal prep, feeding, and nap schedules.
Engage children in age-appropriate activities and playtime.
Help with light housekeeping and organization related to the children.
Hire a Family Assistant
A Family Assistant - sometimes called a Nanny Manager - is the perfect solution for busy families needing extra set hands.
Whether working alongside a parent or independently, a Family Assistant seamlessly blends all the childcare duties of a professional nanny and the supportive household duties of a household manager or personal assistant.
Our family assistants will provide extra support to keep your life running smoothly. From driving children to activities to managing the family calendar, they’ll ensure your children are happy, your to-do list is done, and you have time to focus on your family (and maybe even squeeze in a little time for yourself!).
About Our Family Assistants:
Family Assistants are 50/50 childcare and household management. They’re happy to all nanny duties in addition to providing support around the home, on a full-time or part-time basis.
They will drive children to and from activities, help with homework, research camps, and manage family schedules.
They’ll run errands, do the grocery shopping, help with meal prep, schedule appointments, and help with household organization project, too!
Our Family Assistants will maintain confidentiality while ensuring your family’s home and routines run smoothly.
