At Caring Nannies, we’re looking for individuals who are experienced, kind, and committed to providing exceptional support.

  • Step 1: Apply with Caring Nannies

    Start your search by submitting the Caring Nannies’ Candidate Application. Upon receipt, if you meet/exceed our candidate qualifications (see above) one of our experienced placement specialists will reach out to review your experience, career goals and provide guidance on next steps. Yay! Let’s get started!

  • Step 2: Interview & Reference Checks

    During our in-depth interview we’ll learn more about YOU — your experience, preferences, career goals, and provide market-specific guidance on your job search. We’ll also contact your former employers to collect references and review your online presence. After our initial screening is complete, you’ll be notified if we’ll be moving forward.

  • Step 3: Match & Meet with Families

    Our team will hand-pick the top positions for you based on your criteria and preferences. We’ll send your professional resume and references to our caring, professional clients who will reach out directly to schedule interviews. Most candidates only meet 3-5 caring families before accepting a new job! We’re here to help you find the perfect fit!

  • Step 4: Start Your New Job!

    After you’ve found the perfect family, we’ll run a comprehensive background check, including MVR. All offers are contingent on a satisfactory report. And once you start your new job, we’ll keep in touch throughout your tenure and would love to welcome you into the Caring Nannies community!

Candidate Requirements

We welcome candidates to apply who meet the following requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 2+ years of applicable, professional experience verifiable with references.

  • Are 20+ years old and a high school graduate.

  • Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction and committed to professional, legal pay.

  • Have a reliable car, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and a good driving record.

  • Proficient in English. Bilingual a plus!

  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew).

  • Are a non-smoker.

  • Passionate about working with children and have a heart to serve

    We welcome candidates with 2-10+ years of professional experience in their field.

  • STEP 2: Interview

    Meet one-on-one for a in-depth conversation about your skills, experience, career goals and needs.

  • STEP 3: Review

    We take a close look at your past roles to highlight your strengths and expertise.

  • STEP 4: References

    We connect with your past employers to confirm your experience and the great work you’ve done.

  • STEP 5: Verify

    CPR, First Aid, and any professional licenses are confirmed prior to placement.

  • STEP 6: Eligibility

    We confirm your ability to work in the U.S. before moving forward with our matching process.

  • STEP 7: Match

    We carefully assess the personality, needs, and preferences to ensure great matches.

  • STEP 8: Background

    Comprehensive check of criminal records, social security trace, and sex offender registry etc.

  • STEP 9: Safety

    We run a detailed motor vehicle report to ensure a safe driving history prior to placement.

  • STEP 10: Extras

    Upon request, we may run tailored checks for any additional requirements a employer may need.

  • STEP 11: Trial

    We facilitate trial days, as needed, to ensure a great fit for both you and the family.

  • STEP 12: Follow-Ups

    We check in regularly to ensure you have the support needed to be successful long-term!
