NEW FULL-TIME HOUSEKEEPER POSITION IN PARADISE VALLEY, 35 hrs, $28-$32/hr
Tatum & Shea:  This wonderful family is relocating to AZ from Texas and they are seeking a stellar trustworthy housekeeper to join their busy household.  They have had their current housekeeper for 13 years and she has become a member of their family and they are seeking another amazing longterm commitment.  Ideal schedule is Monday – Friday from 8 or 9AM – 3PM  for a 30 – 35 hour work week and they are desiring a longterm commitment of 3-5 years.  They have a casual yet fast-paced atmosphere in their home. Desirable qualities and characteristics: organized, driven, hard working, trustworthy, kind, respectful, loving, proactive with previous housekeeping experience. A housekeeper who has attention to detail and takes great initiative is important to them. Paid vacation.  Paid Holidays.  Compensation:  $28-$32/hr.  Both parents may be home or in and out and a nanny will also be present in the home.  They have 3 children:  a 9 year old son, a 3 year old son, and an 8 month old daughter.  Pets: 3 small dogs.  No travel is needed.  Possible errands may be needed.  Total and complete housekeeping duties and responsibilities are required including deep cleaning and daily upkeep, maintenance and orderliness of their home.  There’s a lot of upkeep for a busy family with 3 kids and 3 dogs and a large home.  They have a 6,000 square foot home with all tile floors. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms in the main house.  They have an attached casita with a bathroom. Family laundry, bedding, linens are needed and steaming and mopping the floors, deep cleaning of the bathrooms, dusting, washing all cushions on the outdoor couch. Every day is a deep cleaning task. They have a lot of artwork that needs dusting. The children have allergies so it is important to dust and change out humidifiers.
