A wonderful busy Phoenix family with two adorable small children, ages; 2 years old and 8 month old and a family friendly Golden Retriever are in need of daytime housekeeping and assistant help with some childcare responsibilities weekly. The family can offer a 30 hour work week. The schedule is Monday – Friday from 8AM-2PM. The perfect candidate for this family will be punctual, reliable, responsible, resourceful, friendly , dedicated, experienced and with a great sense of pride in her work. In return the family will provide stable employment, a comfortable and respectful working environment and the opportunity to become an indispensable member of their family’s life. The daily duties would typically include general house cleaning of their 4, 000 sq. ft home which includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sweeping, dusting, family laundry, general household upkeep duties and light cooking and cleanup. There will be some child care responsibilities as needed when their current nanny is not available, however child care will only be needed when their current nanny is not available or running an errand. Driving is required for errands and grocery shopping, so a good drving record and safe driving skills are required. They have a vehicle available for the family assistant and housekeeper to use when running errands or mileage will be reimbursed if personal care is used to run errands. . They have a 2 year old daughter and an 8 month old daughter who are both sweet. The girls do have a nanny who cares for them part-time. Both mom and nanny are in the home, as well as in and out throughout the the day. Casual atmosphere in their home. Availability to travel with the family is ideal but not mandatory. This busy, professional Paradise Valley family is seeking an experienced, professional, caring, fun, safe, reliable, and nurturing nanny to care for their 2 1/2 year old son for a guaranteed 40 hrs+ work week. The schedule is Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30AM-4:30PM and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30AM-3:30PM. Ideally the family would like to find a nanny willing to work one weekend a month, including overnights, as their current nanny is working all evenings and weekends and they would love to be able to give her more weekends off as she has her own family. Travel will be split between the new nanny and their current nanny. One three day weekend every other month (out of state) and two to three 10 day trips per year (out of state). Travel is paid hourly plus $125 additional per day. Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate nutrition is desired. Ability to keep up with a busy toddler and busy household. Bi-lingual, bachelor’s degree and a good cook are huge pluses. Dad is a CEO and Mom is a stay at home Mom and they also have other household staff so must work well in a team environment. Mom is in and out of the home or is gone for appointments. Nanny will be caring for the toddler and also helping with household management duties such as grocery shopping, laundry, re-stocking the home, organizing the closets, and making the beds. The toddler is so sweet and is very well-behaved and easy-going and sticks to a great schedule. He naps for 2-3 hrs during the day and he is asleep by 7:30PM. This is a very busy household so the ideal nanny is definitely a go getter; proactive; who can multi-task; willing to take direction and go with the flow; things change a lot.
