What is the Process?

  • Submit an application.
  • Call for an appointment for an interview.
  • We check your references.
  • Attend a four hour Nanny Boot Camp at the office.
  • Your profile is sent to families who meet your needs and interests.
  • You interview with interested families.
  • You may be asked to come back for a 1-5 day working interview.
  • Fill out a four page Working Agreement with your family.
  • You may need to update your CPR and First Aid 

We ask all our nannies for a one year commitment. We contact you within two weeks after placement and throughout the year to give you ongoing support for family and child related issues.

Ongoing support through Nanny Networking, Nanny Blogs, Get -togethers at the park, Zoo or Story Times, bi-monthly Nanny Newsletters and occasional Seminars on helpful subjects and Nanny appreciation Days.
