Important Information for Nanny Placements

1. Caring Nannies charges an Application Fee of $150 for the following placements. It must be submitted with your application via check or credit card.  A credit card is kept on file.
2. Nanny salaries: The market rate for nannies in the Phoenix area is $12 to $16+ per hour and is negotiable between the Nanny and the Family. Rates for Companions, Housekeepers, and Live-ins vary. Average rates in Tucson and Flagstaff are $11- $15
3. A 1-5 day Working Interview with Candidates of interest, is strongly advised. A Working Agreement must be completed and signed by both Family and Nanny to obtain the Caring Nannies One Year Graduated Nanny Replacement time period. All Working Agreements must be in the Caring Nannies office on or before the Nanny's first day of work.
4. Caring Nannies provides a Monthly Assessment worksheet and asks that families meet once per month with their Nanny to see how the working relationship is progressing during the first six months of employment. We ask to receive a copy of the worksheets, which we require to honor the sione year graduated guarantee month replacement period. 
5. All agency fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Application Fee's do not apply towards Placement Fee's, and are not refunded in the event that Caring Nannies is not able to place a Nanny in the position.

Important Information for Baby Nurse Clients

Baby Nurses charge $15 to $18 for a singleton, more for multiples. One third of the anticipated Agency Fee is due when a specific provider is confirmed.

Important Information for Babysitter Clients

1. There is ALWAYS a 4 hour minimum. Fees are due when a booking has been confirmed with a specific provider and is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy: The agency fee is non-refundable once a siter has ben confirmed. Cancellations must be made with 24 hour notice or the client is billed the 4 hour minimum.
3. Babysitters average $13-15 per hour, more on holidays.  24 hour sittings can be $100 to $150 per day.

Agency Fee

Administrative

The Administrative fee covers organizing the group child care event, providing activities, crafts and videos, providing the Nanny Coordinator, providing Check In-Check Out procedure, and producing nametags for Nannies and Children. Feel secure knowing that Caring Nannies will manage every detail from start to finish. This fee is based on the number of children and applies "per shift."

Staffing

The number of Nannies required is based on the number of children in each age group. Caring Nannies provides Nannies who have been screened, personally interviewed, reference checked, criminal checked, DMV checked, sex offended check, social security verified and CPR trained and experienced. The Agency Staffing Fee has two options:

Compensation

The Nanny compensation consists of an hourly wage and reimbursement for parking when applicable.

Important Information for Corporate Groups:

1. Parents scheduling private individual sitting would be subject to pay $25 agency referral fee per day and $15 per hour plus parking to the Nanny.
2. Agency Fees are paid in advance by check or credit card. Nanny Compensation is paid to each Nanny at the end of each shift and includes wages and parking reimbursement.
