 I don't think we were just lucky that we found our nanny so easily this time. I believe it was because of Caring Nannies' strict screening process. They seem to select only candidates who have high quality skills in order to be able to serve families who are in need of finding the perfect match. Our nanny was the only person we interviewed this time and she was the perfect match for us. I liked also the fact that the agency did not give out too much detailed/personal information in advance so I did not create any biased image/assumption when I had the interview. Kelly has also been flexible with our work schedules, at times working late at night or agreeing to travel with me for a work trip. When the family is out of town, Kelly keeps an eye on the house, performs extra household duties and even cooks us meals to have in the freezer. I don't know how I would survive without Kelly's assistance.
