Ashley is a confident, mature and responsible Nanny with a marvelous skill set after eight years of babysitting and over four years of professional nannying for two families with ages newborn to nine. Originally from Oregon, Rebecca is a warm, expressive, genuine coed three years into her psychology degree at ASU. She plans to finish up online and eventually work with youth struggling with addiction problems. She is available to live in or out and is on a mission to graduate debt-free. She has babysat and nannied since age 10, including after school and fulltime summer jobs. She was very active in sports throughout school, playing on volleyball, basketball and softball teams. Rebecca cared for her Grandmother in a medically intensive situation and is currently living with her sister's family in North Scottsdale. Judy
Judy is a kind, nurturing, confident Nanny/Home Manager with seven years experience as an executive housekeeper for a family of twelve children in New Hampshire. After getting her degree in home Economics, she taught elementary school for five years, nannied privately and raised five children, now ages 14 to 24. Elwira
Originally a nurse from Poland, Ellie was a nursing supervisor in a large childrens center for ages two months to three years old. She was a teacher of nurses. Ellie is hardworking, loyal, incredibly cheerful, generous and sweet. Her previous employers describe her this was: "Shes limitless. She goes and goes and goes. She just know what to do and has no limits. She never complains. She started out being my grandparents nurse, and became a family member. She began helping me when I had the baby. I am like her daughter and everybody loves her. I want to be like her." Ellie was with this family for 17 years, and they still fly her out occasionally for special projects. She loves infants and children and she thoroughly enjoys cleaning and organizing a home. She prefers a full time position with one infant. She and her husband live in Chandler and enjoy traveling. One daughter lives in Warsaw, the other in Scottsdale.
Emily
Emily grew up spending hours on her Grandfathers 14 acre farm in Grand Junction Colorado doing sports, dance and 4H with lots of cousins and a large, close knit family. She was the family babysitter till at age 12, she began sitting for a family friend and continued for the next six years! She nannied in college and as a teachers assistant in a preschool for two years and in an after school program. She did her practicum for her degree program for 15 weeks at the child care center with two to four year olds. Emily reached out to the community, volunteering in the University Child Care Center with infants and toddlers. "Emily comes through when nobody else can," raves her former employer. "Emily was fun, loving, knew when to put her foot down and when to play and be silly. She's so responsible. She's easygoing, positive, willing to help, she'll come to you with any problems or concerns. She's clear, concise, intelligent and so caring." Emily has her BS in Human Development and Family Studies and plans to get her masters in Counseling and become either a family counselor or a High School Counselor. She is looking for a position full or part time in the Tempe area, while she finishes her schooling over the next two years. Alison
Originally from Cincinnati, Alison is a warm, articulate wholesome nanny. She lived in with a two week old and a one year old in a family where the Dad worked out of the country. "She worked really well with the kids, did a great job of teaching them, was patient, the kids loved her and she has a very outgoing personality. She made sure the house was sanitized," reports this employer. "She is one of the top nannies we have had." Juana
Juana is a warm, pleasant, focused and personable nanny who is from a close knit family of 12 children raised in Honduras. After the death of her Father, the family immigrated two by two to the US. Shed ask for more to do. Very responsible, very careful. She deferred to me, told me about any problems. She never lost her temper." Two ASU professors used Juana for their toddlers and remarked that Juana is "Very caring and conscientious, hard working, clean, enthusiastic and generous. She kept the boys on a schedule, always respected our requests, kept the house spotless and was very affectionate. I felt comfortable with her driving them. She was good at setting limits and is now a very special friend of our family."
Taylor
Raised in Lake Forest California, Taylor became a pre-Olympic gymnast after a decade of practicing over 40 hours a week. This taught her dedication, loyalty, organizational skills and sacrifice. She put her love of gymnastics into teaching children, including Mommy and Me classes.She grew up caring for a younger brother as her Mom worked long hours, and was very protective of him. She walked him to school, helped him with his homework, made dinner and cleaned. Recently her Mom battled cancer and that has brought her entire family closer together. Taylor sat for friends and neighbors since she was a preteen, and cared for a newborn for the past two years. She provided fulltime summer care for preschoolers for four summers and taught swimming to them. Taylor is a dynamic, well spoken energetic professional young woman. She and her roommate, also a nanny, live in one of her parents condos in South Scottsdale, and have been taking evening classes. She would prefer a full time position with a one to two year commitment. This is definitely a high caliber, wholesome, focused and well prepared nanny with a great work ethic and lots of energy.
Teresa
Theresa is a well spoken, professional, young grandma with years of experience as a Housekeeper/Nanny. Her appearance is sharp, clean, wholesome, and is sincere, comfortable and straightforward. Emily
Since the age of 12, Emily was a figure skating coach, giving group and individual lessons. Her coaching garnered many babysitting jobs for her. Her Mom runs vacation home rentals in Marthas Vineyard, and the summer residents always needed childcare, so Emily nannied constantly from seventh through twelfth grades. "I love little kids," she grins. This warm, bubbly and outgoing nanny still coaches. She enjoys building rapport with families and having long term relationships. She also lifeguarded on the beach for two summers. She been attending ASU for two years in exercise science and is hoping to be a trainer for a professional team. She always loved sports, including track and field and figure skating, but football is her favorite. "Sports teach kids a lot." Her pre-Olympic career ended with a knee surgery, and shed like to help others through their injuries as she was helped. When she was training for the Olympics during high school, she practiced 12 hours per day and studied at night. Emily is currently looking for a part time after school position and full time summers.
Judith
Judith is a sharp, seasoned and professional Nanny. After working for a year with a one year old toddler, she decided to become an occasional sitter since her husband likes to travel.
