Qualifications To Become A Nanny

Minimum Requirements

All Candidates for our Nanny Agency must meet the following::

• Two Years childcare experience or a bachelors degree in a child-related area of study
• Excellent verifiable employer reference
• Good five year driving record, proof of auto insurance, dependable transportation to and from work No Criminal Record
• Verification of Good Health
• Ability to Give A One-Year Commitment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Be A Non-smoker
• Proof of Citizenship or visa documentation

Background Checks

In addition, all candidates must successfully pass the following:

• Social Security verification
• Criminal background check
• Driving Record Check
• Sex offender check

Our nanny agency has many positions available. The average salary for placement ranges from $12 to $16 per hour for Nannies, depending on your experience and responsibilities.
