Beth Weise, Owner, Manager and Temporary Services

Beth started Caring Nannies in 1983 after working 13 years in the teaching profession. She received double majors in Education and Biology from Arizona State University and has since taught preschool through high school in public and private schools. She has taken many additional educational and counseling courses and seminars and is well-read in the childcare field. Beth also worked as a Night Nanny for over 13 years, including quadruplet, triplets and twins. As a working mother, she became aware of the tremendous importance and need for nurturing, patient, stimulating childcare. Having five children and five grandchildren of her own, she has had her own Live-In and Out Nannies over the years and these experiences have given her a keen awareness of the needs of both the nannies and families. She started Caring Nannies in order to make a difference and because nothing is more important than a child feeling loved and secure in the early years. In her free time, she enjoys mountain bike riding, gardening, hiking, camping and spending time with family and friends.

Erika Frazer, Placement Counselor

Erika, Beths oldest daughter, has been a dedicated career Nanny and Baby Nurse for the past decade. She embarked into doula training, a midwifery apprenticeship, twice she cared for newborn quadruplets as a Night Nurse and Nanny, culminating with a traveling position with a high profile family. She developed organizational skills as an event planner and compassion in the medical field. Her previous experiences enable her to understand all aspects of the Nanny Placement business and she truly loves working with both Families and Nannies in our busy office. Her other passions are Yoga and Muay Thai exercise, cooking gourmet meals to the delight of friends and family, running, and writing.
